You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register an account and access any gaming service on pakjep.
pakjep enforces a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You must submit valid identity documents before any withdrawal is processed.
Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited instantly. Withdrawals are processed within two business hours subject to verification.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. Abuse of promotional offers will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
pakjep provides deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools. We are committed to player wellbeing and encourage responsible play at all times.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, multi-accounting, and money laundering are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

If you access the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have that party's explicit authorization and that the third party also agrees to these terms. pakjep does not permit proxy registration or play.
To register and maintain an Account on pakjep, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using household members' credentials — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national ID number, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. pakjep will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login details. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
pakjep reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
pakjep operates a mandatory KYC verification program in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) standards. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time during the account lifecycle.
pakjep aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documents in legible, unedited form. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until verification is confirmed. pakjep is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.
pakjep accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All Account balances are maintained and displayed in IDR. The following deposit methods are currently supported:
Deposits are generally credited to the Account within minutes of successful transfer confirmation. pakjep is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider's internal processing times.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may trigger an enhanced source-of-funds review under our AML obligations.
Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be refunded to the source (minus applicable bank fees) and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals are processed in IDR only.
pakjep targets withdrawal processing within two business hours of a verified request, subject to KYC completion and fraud screening. During peak periods — such as BRI Liga 1 match weekends or major international tournament windows — processing may take up to 24 hours. pakjep will communicate any extended processing period via in-app notification or email.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players on standard accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per transaction and up to Rp 200.000.000 per rolling 24-hour period. VIP account holders may request higher limits by contacting our support team.
pakjep offers a range of promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which supplement and take precedence over this general clause where there is any conflict.
pakjep employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting"), and exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations. Where abuse is detected, pakjep reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, suspend the Account pending investigation, and pursue recovery of any funds withdrawn on the basis of abusive activity.
All games available on pakjep — including sports betting markets (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, Timnas Indonesia), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) live events, live casino tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, and slot gacor titles from NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game interface.
All sports bets are subject to the rules of the relevant sport's governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting result, pakjep relies exclusively on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (FIFA, AFC, PSSI, BWF, etc.) as the authoritative source. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; a single void selection reduces the accumulator by one leg rather than voiding the entire slip, unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled in accordance with the handicap line applied at the time the bet was placed.
All live casino games are streamed in real time and outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, roulette wheel) operated by trained dealers. In the unlikely event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be recorded and the bet settled according to the result captured on the game server. Video evidence is retained for a minimum of 90 days to support any dispute resolution.
In the event of a software malfunction, connectivity failure, or any error that affects the integrity of a game round, pakjep reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. No claim shall arise from a malfunction for winnings that would not have been generated under normal operating conditions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pakjep and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the pakjep Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces, and compiled database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of pakjep or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes is retained for a minimum of five years from the date of account closure, in compliance with standard AML record-keeping obligations. Data is stored on encrypted servers and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

pakjep's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pakjep's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded by law.
pakjep reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pakjep will provide at least seven days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account and/or via a prominent in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw your remaining balance before the effective date. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating across Southeast Asia. pakjep operates as a trusted and secure platform, is SSL-encrypted, and adheres to provably fair gaming standards.

Where a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes may be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration body. pakjep's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
